House Rules

• Please provide a passport (for adults) or a certificate of birth (for children) at the time of check-in.
• Check-in:   14:00
• Check out: 12:00
• Early check-in (from 06:00 till 14:00) and late check-out (с 12:00 до 23:00) is for additional cost of 50% of cottage price and must be booked in advance.
• All cottages are non-smoking.  A fine may apply otherwise. There is an extra cost for additional cleaning.
• All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
• All children under 2 years stay free of charge in a child's cot/crib.          
• Bed cloth and towels change - once in 3 days.
